In 2022, we organized two summits to bring together and help support the people within our ecosystem.

Impact Leadership Summit brought together CEOs and business leaders across the Lumine portfolio for a series of knowledge-sharing sessions, case-based exercises, and an opportunity to build in-person connections with peers across the ecosystem.

Strengthening Summit connected new acquisitions to leaders and companies who are regarded as experts and have been pioneers of Lumine Group's Playbook.

Behind the Transaction: Ubersmith

In July 2021, Lumine acquired Ubersmith as a carve-out from INAP, a global provider of hybrid infrastructure serving
