President’s Note

2019 was a transformative year for Lumine Group. We grew from a portfolio of 9 to 12 businesses, launching us into new geographies and furthering our presence in the communications and media markets globally. Below, learn more about our 2019 acquisitions, Velocix, Advantage 360, and MDS Global.

As we kick off 2020, I am happy to share news of the first acquisition of the year, Lifecycle Software Ltd. We look forward to the new opportunities this new year, and new decade will bring.

Building Autonomy: A New Chapter for Velocix in India

At the time of the acquisition, Velocix’s Indian operations were in the Nokia office in the southern city of Chennai. Upon acquisition, Velocix had an opportunity to set up a new Indian office that was standalone in a nearby location in Chennai itself.
