Q. What has been one of your favourite moments as part of Lumine?
I really enjoy the entrepreneurial environment, the speed of decisions, the people, the freedom to develop and the global nature of the business. Personally, I really enjoyed the experience of 3 transactions closing during my first 6 weeks at Lumine!
Q. What makes an acquisition with Lumine Group unique?
The decentralized model, leaving managers to run their business, with full end to end responsibility, whilst having access to best practices developed over decades and hundreds of investments. The focus on Telecom and Media is unique to Lumine and the breadth of business scope is deep. For owners or managers there is room to drive both top and bottom line faster and more efficiently due to the group access and domain and business expertise.
