During Illuminate, we look for meaningful ways to connect with and support the local community. In Tulum, we hosted a marketplace featuring local artisans, where employees used company-provided tokens to shop and directly support small businesses. Offsite excursions also offered participants a chance to explore the region’s cultural heritage and natural beauty, reinforcing our commitment to responsible and community-minded engagement.
